The hotel overall was lovely. There is a courtyard in the back that's very peaceful and has tables for takeout dining. Breakfast was hearty, fresh and delicious. The site was clean and the staff were very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Derby. They welcomed me with a warm smile, gave me directions to the necessary places, told me about the nearest bus stops, and even helped me understand the best places to visit. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms at Hotel Derby were well-decorated and very clean. They provided a relaxing environment after a long day. The windows were of extremely good quality, so no outside noise came into the room at all. I only realized that the street was noisy when I opened the window. They were also very accommodating about turning up the heating when I was feeling cold and checked on me the next day to ensure that the heating was fine.

AC is a real gem, as it's very rare in Switzerland unfortunately. The summer was extremely hot, impossible to sleep properly without AC, thanks to the host. The room was small but clean, neat and cozy, everything you need for a short stay alone or with a partner. Perfect location nearby to the bus stop should you prefer goin to Wilderswil or further, not that far from Interlaken west train station, so you may walk through the most beautiful part of the village. Breakfast is decent, good value for money, highly appreciated!

Air con and bar fridge and other room facilities were good along with ability to park right next door to the hotel. Although being charged an extra 10 Swiss francs per night for it was a bit much given price of accommodation.

Very helpful reception,kitchen and maintenance staff. When ever we needed something they were there with a smile. The rooms were very clean for the size of the accommodation H Highly recommended!

The property was just few minutes walk from Interlaken West, so location was perfect. There's not much of breakfast options, it was pretty basic. I loved my room, it has the view of the streets and could see the mountains!

The hotel was a great stay for us. The staff was excellent and very accommodating and so nice. We enjoyed their breakfast and the setup was done well and kept restocked. The rooms were a decent size and the bunk beds in our quad room were just as comfortable as the regular beds. The plushy comforters and multiple large pillows were a huge bonus. Everything was well kept and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Interlaken.

Location was great, few minutes walking to the center of activities and restaurants, so close to both lakes and to the train stations. Room was not big but smartly organized to fit all stuff in without having any issues, the team in the hotel are super friendly and supportive.
